Things have been a little hectic around here lately...well, not really hectic. Just weird I guess.
If you follow me on Instagram, you know my son has been sick (he fainted again on July 4th) and has been really tired (like not normal tired) and we've gone to the doctor a few times this week.
So now we are waiting for blood work to come back and tell us what's wrong - I'm a little nervous but still feeling ok.
Seriously thank you SO much for the emails and instagram/twitter messages - it really means a lot to me!
So today I decided we HAD to get out of the house - we all needed it. My eldest has been doing junior life guard training all week but we've been at home (since last Wed. pretty much) letting #3 rest.
We went to the beach for a little while in the morning.
We stayed for a couple hours and then went to our friend's house for the rest of the day.
I don't know if any of your kids have this, but my younger son has a BEST friend....someone who is a kindred spirit. They get along so well and LOVE spending time together. And lucky for me his mom is one of my best friends. (And we have kids all the same age)
So that's where we went and spent the day.
And he seems so much better - I'm going to call the doctor tomorrow since there's been no word. But it makes my heart happy that he's happy and playing with a friend (his friend is now spending the night).
I have lots to share but that will wait for another post...today my heart is just full of happiness and friendship - it's a good thing!
