This is my block for August. I didn't mean to leave it until the last minute but somehow that keeps happening. At least the big weight of table runners is off my back (yes, I'm completely done!!).
I had a couple plans for this one but decided to go with a simple one...
The birdhouse kinda looks like a bee hive and is rather large in contrast to the tree house but oh well...
I did like experimenting with all my different stitches on my machine. I used a fusible and then just did different stitches around all the appliqued pieces.
And Betty wanted us to put our name on our blocks so I put Hubby and my initials on the tree...
