Got my pillow for Pillow Swap 8 done and ready to mail.
It's pretty big (24") but hopefully my partner will love it.
The text print is just so fun - it's a recurring theme with all the pillows this round - and there are some beautiful ones!
Can't wait to see what shows up in my mailbox!
I quilted it with a flower design from Angela's new book (which is Awesome!!) - you can see it better on the back side of the batting:
I finished up this baby quilt last week too. Lots of munki prints and a fun text binding.
We've been busy unloading this container this week (mostly on Wednesday).
It was full of furniture (and other goodies) that my parents shipped over from my grandparents' house.
We even got a few pieces for our house too (it's really hard to get good furniture here in Hawaii).
A new dresser for Hubby and I got an apothecary cabinet!! Eeek!
I've always loved this cabinet - I remember it was always filled with stamps and cards and all sorts of things.
Now it's full of crafty items!
I also got my Grandma's sewing machine - haven't tried it out yet but soon!
